Description:
Pippa Bacca, a 34-year-old Italian artist, traveled through eleven countries affected by conflict. She hitchhiked with fellow Milanese artist Silvia Moro, both dressed in wedding gowns. Their journey was a performance intended to promote peace and demonstrate the power of trust – the idea being that relying on others would bring positive outcomes. After traveling together for a time, the artists parted ways in Istanbul, planning to reunite in Byblos. Pippa then continued alone, and she was never heard from again.
