Nocturnos (2010)

The film opens in Lisbon as people begin to populate the streets. A group of men, including Martins the barber from Luanda, Simões with his spears, Manuel who makes films, and Francisco, who remains silent, share a shelter that isn't truly a home. They maintain a connection to the world outside, but communicate more through unspoken understanding than through words. Their differences are most apparent in what they choose to leave unsaid.
