After her husband's death, Hartini works tirelessly as a stone breaker to support her three children: Banyu, Gendis, and Satrio, ensuring they can all attend school – Banyu in high school, Gendis in high school, and Satrio in elementary school. Banyu becomes the family's ambitious "pilot." His personality often clashes with his sister, Gendis, particularly when Gendis develops feelings for someone she loves, Panji.
