Wichí, del monte y del río (2003)

The Wichí people live across a large area, mainly in Argentina's Formosa and Chaco provinces, and eastern Salta. Historically hunter-gatherers living in small, isolated groups, they now face challenges. The changing environment, pressure from Anglican missionaries, economic hardship, and health problems are leading many young Wichí to leave their communities and seek opportunities in towns and cities.
