Description:
Marcel, a 40-year-old Belgian businessman, is married to Marilena and harbors a deep passion for her. He also develops a strong interest in street children in Romania, drawn to the country's prevalence of them and the relative anonymity it offers for his desires. Marilena tolerates this for the sake of maintaining a peaceful home. However, Marcel's carefully constructed life begins to unravel. Simona, who presents herself as a teacher, further complicates matters with drugs and her own manipulative nature, supplementing her income by assisting couples seeking escape from their marriages. Marilena, consumed by jealousy, rejects Marcel and ultimately ends their marriage.
