Description:
Ataru contracts a strange alien illness from Ten, known as "Girl Measles." The disease causes a distinctive effect: the victim's eyes become large and sparkling, reminiscent of young girls in manga and anime. As Ataru continues his pursuit of girls, he unknowingly spreads the virus throughout Tomobiki Town, leading to widespread disruption.
