Description:

Mac, an eight-year-old boy, and his imaginary friend Blooregard Q. Kazoo, or Bloo, frequently clash with Mac's older brother, Terrence. When their mother declares Mac is too old for an imaginary friend and orders him to get rid of Bloo, the young boy is devastated. Except for Terrence, who is secretly happy about it, Bloo overhears the argument. Later, Bloo discovers a television commercial for "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends"—a place promising that good ideas are never forgotten.
