Description:
A solitary, retired philology professor, Andrei Pavlovich, a quintessential refined intellectual, unexpectedly invites Katya to his home. This encounter dramatically alters his life. Katya turns out to be an aging prostitute, and she is followed by a continuous stream of peculiar individuals from the criminal underworld. The modest pensioner transforms into a member of the criminal community and the owner of two "night butterflies," Margo and Snow White. The plot unfolds with black comedy elements: new unwitting victims, dealings with the deceased, and home renovations. Amidst these criminal events, the pensioner himself undergoes a transformation.
