Weed (2006)

Mayi is the central character in this visually distinctive first film. He's a removals worker for his relative's company, and spends his free time drinking and playing cards with his coworkers. He becomes fixated on Hudie, a woman he finds attractive, especially after noticing she has many male visitors. Driven by his desires, Mayi begins to tell small lies, which ultimately lead to serious repercussions. - IFFR
