Bitter Snow (2010)

In 1941, a Greek soldier accidentally kills a German soldier, leaving him with a heavy conscience. Years later, the memory resurfaces, and he feels compelled to return the personal belongings he took from the dead soldier to his family – a final act of respect to find peace. When his own unit deserts him, the soldier's granddaughter must undertake this difficult journey to fulfill his mission.
