Description:
Black Coffee is a 1931 British detective film directed by Leslie S. Hiscott. Adapted from Agatha Christie's 1930 play of the same name, featuring her renowned detective Hercule Poirot, the film stars Austin Trevor as Poirot and Richard Cooper as Captain Hastings. When a notorious and disliked scientist, Sir Amory, is murdered at a house party, valuable papers disappear.
