Description:
A month after the monster's sudden appearance and subsequent defeat, its body washes ashore in a local town. Marine biologist Nagamine is called in to study it, but soon discovers the mayor and government officials intend to build a storage facility over the creature's remains on the beach. Doubting the monster's demise, Nagamine warns that building the facility so close to town is too risky. However, facing political obstacles from both the government and local authorities, he finds himself fighting to stop the plan with the help of the townspeople.
