Description:
On a summer morning in 2013, ultra-athlete Nico Valsesia reached the top of Mont Blanc, Europe's highest peak (4810 meters). Unlike other climbers there, Nico achieved this after an almost 17-hour non-stop bicycle ride, starting the previous day from a beach in Genoa. He broke the Mont Blanc 24-hour record, previously held by Marino Giacometti (1997, 23 hours) and Andrea Daprai (2008, 18 hours 58 minutes). This marked the launch of Nico's "From Zero To..." project, which has seen him conquer further peaks and break more records, including Aconcagua, Elbrus, and Kilimanjaro. "Summit" details the extensive efforts of Nico and his team to make this extraordinary challenge possible.
