Description:
Julian, 25, and Louis, 12, are brothers who live and work together on a barge in Paris, hauling gravel and engaging in minor offenses to survive. Having essentially raised each other, they are deeply connected to their river life. A criminal offers them a chance to steal a Manet painting from the Musée d'Orsay. Louis orchestrates the heist and, surprisingly, manages to get the painting back to their barge. A museum guard, Rosalie, tracks Louis to the barge and confronts him. Following a struggle, the brothers hide Rosalie on their boat and speed away. Later, Rosalie reveals herself and proposes an unexpected deal to the brothers.
