Yokohama Meibutsu Otoko Katayama Gumi! (1991)

In present-day Yokohama, a rising number of biker gangs, from small to large, emerge. Hiromi Katayama unites them, putting his life on the line. The OAV follows Toshi Ikeda, a young recruit who returns to Yokohama to join Katayama's organization. He reunites with an old friend, but escalating violence erupts when the yakuza gang Mad Emperor attacks.
