Description:

The lives of these players were disrupted by felony convictions, many of them once with promising futures. This inspiring documentary follows their challenging path to rehabilitation, focusing on determined men confronting the consequences of their crimes and striving for redemption. The film highlights Harry “ATL” Smith, a star player nearing parole who hasn’t given up on his NBA aspirations; Anthony “Ant” Ammons, a lifer who mentors younger inmates; and head coach Rafael Cuevas, a convicted murderer who prepares his players for life after prison.
