Description:
Vittorio De Sica, who inherits a fortune and runs a newspaper stand, earns enough to enjoy a luxurious resort vacation. A friend, an aristocrat, gives him a cruise ticket. However, Vittorio is mistaken for his friend when he uses a camera bearing the aristocrat's name. Asia Noris plays a maid who falls for Vittorio because of his character, not his social standing. The film concludes happily with Vittorio marrying Noris, finding her more genuine than the superficial women he’s been with.
