Benetton (2004)

In a Chelsea market on a Sunday morning, a vendor displays a variety of goods, including sunglasses, cell phones, and Viagra. More items are hidden on a back table, along with two film cans marked "BENETTON." After some questioning, the filmmaker purchases the cans' contents: four large reels containing two hours of color footage featuring three female models. This footage appears to be leftover from a Benetton advertising campaign shoot, now unexpectedly in the filmmaker’s possession. This is the first in a series exploring imperfect stories originating from seemingly perfect sources.
