Description:
Four boys from a small town are kidnapped by James Whitley, a man with a deceptively gentle demeanor and deeply disturbed intentions. Whitley believes he's reuniting orphaned children with the deceased parents they never knew. But his disturbing mission ends when the boys escape, leading to his arrest. Fifteen years later, Whitley escapes during a prison fire and resumes his twisted quest. Detective Larson, a former victim of Whitley, is sidelined from the investigation, leaving his partner and lover, Detective Shotwell, to take over. Driven by anger and a desire for closure, Larson pursues Whitley, only to find himself drawn back into the same dangerous situation he experienced as a child.
