Villa Eva (2019)

Following her father's death, the independent-minded Countess Eva Marie-Luise von Aspach-Ney returns to the Saarland from Berlin. Her father left her a villa, which is now her sole source of income. Because of her lifestyle choices, the inheritance is tied to a foundation, requiring annual payments to keep the property. Eva and the villa's residents – including Trude, the maid, and her husband Gustav Düppenweiler, the janitor – face a daunting financial challenge. Adding to their difficulties, tensions rise with the reclusive Philipp Arthur Limberger. The community must now unite to save their home.
