Description:
The Goodmans were a Christian family who traveled the world performing music from the 1990s to the early 2000s. In December 1996, a car accident on December 8th killed their sons David (12), Peter (11), and daughter LeAnne (10). The family was buried together on December 14th. Father Steve and daughters Aimee and Andrea survived with serious injuries and required life support, but they eventually recovered. The family quickly resumed their tours, sharing their story of rebuilding after the tragedy. In December 1997, a documentary about their experiences, "Fortress of Love," hosted by Merrill Osmond and featuring music by Kenneth Cope, aired on television.
