Stevie Wonder is a legendary figure in Motown soul music. Starting with his first number one hit, "Fingertips," in 1963, the virtually blind Stevie Wonder, born in Saginaw, Michigan in 1950, achieved widespread success with the 1972 album *Talking Book*. His 1976 double album, *Songs in the Key of Life*, became a landmark in music. This celebrated concert, featuring songs from those two albums, was recorded in 1982 at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan Hall during the height of Stevie Wonder’s career.
