Description:
Following the death of their parents, Wayne Travers (Randy Travis) feels burdened by his responsibility for his mentally disabled brother Joey. His only support is Joey’s friend Serena, until a surprising event on Christmas Eve. The next day, Charles, a con artist, arrives and disrupts the town with his schemes.
