Description:
The film follows two unemployed friends, Sheik Metwalli, who is Muslim, and Barsoum, who is Coptic Christian. Both are struggling with hunger and vying for a position at a bank. The bank director mistakenly believes they are wealthy and invites them for a lavish lunch at his home. After discovering their true circumstances, he angrily dismisses them. The story ends with the friends resting on the street, finally eating a meal, when they are arrested by a police officer.
