Description:

A prized show horse is brought from France to Pine Hollow, where its owner is expected. Amidst the excitement, Carol worries her friends from The Saddle Club forgot her birthday. When the champion horse, Hugo, escapes, Carol, Stevie, and Lisa search for him. They find Hugo, revealing a surprise birthday party for Carol, and discover his owner is Dorothee Doutey, a French dressage champion. Six months prior, Dorothee broke her pelvis in a fall, which also damaged her confidence and her connection with horses, especially Hugo. Now, she's the new riding instructor at Pine Hollow, and the girls help her heal emotionally.
