Description:
This double feature combines "Gunbuster" and "Diebuster" (also known as "Gunbuster 2") into one movie, presented in two parts with an intermission featuring music. The 95-minute "Aim for the Top! Gunbuster" movie tells the story of humanity's first encounter with insect aliens, and their development of giant robots and spaceships to fight back. Takaya Noriko and Amano Kazumi lead the effort, inflicting significant damage on the aliens' home world. The 100-minute "Aim for the Top 2! Diebuster" movie concludes the series, with Nono leading the "Topless" fighters in defense of Earth against the invading insects.
