Description:
This film follows two architectural spaces from different historical periods. The first is Pärnu KEK Construction Company’s "Kuldne Kodu" ("Golden Home"), a large building designed by Toomas Rein in the 1970s. It's a rare example of large-scale, utopian Modernist architecture in Estonia. The film suggests that its influence can still be seen in housing built in the 2000s, which retain design elements inspired by early Soviet communal living ideals. The entire film is shot in a single take.
