Hum Jo Keh Na Paaye (2005)

Abhishek lives with his father, Neeraj, and grandmother. Neeraj wants Abhishek to help with their struggling business. Abhishek falls in love with Divya. Neeraj cancels Abhishek's arranged marriage, insisting he needs to become self-sufficient first. Reluctantly, Abhishek and Divya agree and part ways for a few years. Six months later, Divya discovers Abhishek is having an affair with her friend, Sakshi. She is pregnant and wants to have an abortion but fails, leading to her suicide.
