Vražda kočky domácí (2004)

The latest installment in the Major Bohuslav detective series centers on a murder. The victim is not an animal, but a model – specifically, a young woman who embodies a certain type: charming but unhappy, superficial, and driven by a relentless desire for success, whether it be love, wealth, or status. Her frivolous and cynical lifestyle made her many enemies, and those enemies ultimately led to her death.
