Blowing in the Winds of Vietnam (2015)

Following her divorce, Misao relocates to Vietnam, a country she's long admired. She finds work teaching Japanese. She discovers her brother-in-law is placing her mother, who has Alzheimer's, in a care facility, so Misao resolves to bring her mother to Vietnam instead. Initially, her mother struggles with the unfamiliar surroundings but gradually adapts, warmed by the Vietnamese people. However, when her mother is injured, Misao confronts the challenges of providing care.
