Ultima Thule – Eine Reise an den Rand der Welt (2005)

Stockbroker Fred Böhler is in a car accident and, as he's rushed to the hospital with severe injuries, his soul leaves his body and journeys to another world. Initially in space, he's overwhelmed by the cold. He then travels through Alaska's untouched wilderness, where he experiences the vitality of nature. Continuing his evolution, he encounters vibrant flowers, playful animals, and powerful wildlife. He begins to question whether he even wants to return. Ultimately, the force of life and love overcomes death.
