Description:
"The Three Tenors" refers to Plácido Domingo, José Carreras, and Luciano Pavarotti, who performed together in concerts throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. This marks their first collaboration, a performance held on July 7, 1990, at Rome's ancient Baths of Caracalla, the day before the 1990 FIFA World Cup Final. The Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and Teatro dell'Opera di Roma orchestras were conducted by Zubin Mehta.
