Description:
Businessman Bill Masterson accompanies outdoorsman Matt Murphy on a fishing trip, unaware of Matt's true intentions for Virginia's Great Dismal Swamp. The vast swamp presents dangers beyond nature, including unsettling events and a reclusive survivalist named Croaker Norge, who fiercely protects his isolation. As Bill and Matt struggle to survive, their wives, Cindy Murphy and Tina Masterson, become worried and launch their own search. While they enlist the help of Ranger Rettig, Croaker takes matters into his own hands, escalating the situation from a physical fight into a psychological battle for survival. The Great Dismal Swamp claims those who enter, and few escape its grasp.
