Special Agent Nikolo Wallace (Troy N. Ashford) has spent years fighting dangerous criminals and now seeks retirement. He's forced back into action when a series of brutal murders grips his hometown, Atlanta, Georgia. A killer is decapitating victims and leaving them in gang areas.
