Description:
Billy Carson and Fuzzy Jones have just collected a reward, and Fuzzy dreams of escaping his busy life to settle down. They arrive in Red Rock just as a foreclosure newspaper is being sold. Despite intimidation from Lafe Barlow, Fuzzy ends up buying it. He meets Edith Martin, the former owner's daughter, and feels obligated to fulfill her father’s goal of bringing a telegraph line to Red Rock. Barlow opposes this, and his men begin a campaign of terror against the townspeople. Eventually, Billy, who had previously ignored Fuzzy and the newspaper, decides to help.
