Chitchi is a short high school student, only 4' 4", and often teased by her classmates, though her friend Tonko is always there for her. Her life becomes complicated when she falls for Sally, one of the school's most popular boys who is six feet tall. Chitchi becomes Sally’s friend, and he sees her as a kind of mascot, but she wants more. She follows him to his activities, tries to share experiences, and pursues her feelings from spring to spring. The film explores the joys and heartaches of first love, while Chitchi struggles with the realization that she's stuck in the "friend zone," despite encouragement from Tonko.
