Description:

Bruno van Leeuwen obtains DNA evidence confirming Piet Martens as the perpetrator of the rape of nine-year-old Vicky. Martens, the girl’s neighbor, was the culprit. However, the statute of limitations prevents prosecution. Martens leaves the police station unpunished. Later, Vicky assaults Martens with a bottle. Police intervene, and Martens' lawyer informs Vicky about the dangerous assault.
