KISS has always presented a complex relationship with their fans – sometimes perceived as crude, other times as genuinely generous. This new collection of three DVDs, accompanied by three bonus discs, will appeal to both casual viewers and dedicated fans. The content begins in 1978, during a period when the band released individual solo albums and their popularity started to decline. It continues through their controversial makeup-free era and concludes in 1991, as KISS navigated the rise of grunge music. While the concert films are excellent, the complete Tom Snyder Tomorrow television appearance is truly outstanding.
