A Difficult Mission (2006)

The film follows Samy, a former boxer, who intervenes when he saves a nurse named Hend from a rape attempt, unintentionally killing one of the attackers. This event triggers a series of escalating incidents, leading Samy to uncover a network of drug dealers and a larger operation involved in importing pesticides that cause cancer.
