Bobrennen im Sommer (2000)

Daniel Zimmerman undertakes the unusual feat of bobsleighing in the summer. On a summer meadow in the Alps, he meticulously builds a track of approximately ten thousand wooden slats. Using stop-motion animation, his camera guides us through a thrilling journey across the mountain landscape, accompanied by an Olympic-style soundtrack and a playful parody of a typical ride film. The project also presents a unique example of land art.
