During a 1906-08 expedition to North-Eastern Greenland, three Danish polar scientists perished. Only one body was recovered. Over a century later, amateur historian Steffen Holberg remains obsessed with solving the mystery of their deaths. He delves into historical records, expert opinions, and archival documents, navigating the blurred lines between fact and legend, determined to uncover what happened to Mylius-Erichsen, Høgh Hagen, and Jørgen Brønlund. The search party only found Brønlund's body, seemingly abandoning the others.
