Description:
First presented in 1889, *Edgar* was Puccini's second opera. The story is a fantastical medieval tale about a Flemish knight struggling between his love for the pure Fidelia and his passionate desire for Tigrana. Starring Dario Balzanelli, Montserrat Marti, Halla Margret, Andrea Rola, and Giovanni Tarasconi, with the Coro e Orchestra Filarmonica Mediterranea, conducted by Tamas Pal and directed by Enrico Castiglione. The opera is sung in Italian.
