Jeroen Jeroen (2012)

Fifteen-year-old Jeroen, who has an intellectual disability, lives with his mother and spends his days at a shelter. He spends weekends with his father. Due to his autism, Jeroen is highly sensitive and requires constant care and direction. Directors Peter Lataster and Petra Lataster-Czisch document Jeroen's life, along with his mother Anita and his friend Kevin, over four months. The film offers an intimate, wordless look at how Jeroen explores and interacts with the world around him.
