Description:
"At All Costs" follows a small company's fight for survival, captured with understated intensity by Claire Simon. The film begins with founder and manager Jihad meeting with his banker, highlighting the constant struggle to meet financial obligations to employees, suppliers, and the French government. Over the past six months, the company has shrunk from 14 staff to just three cooks, one driver, and a secretary. The resilience of the remaining employees is central to the story, as they employ creative solutions – like placing food orders from a pay phone after losing their office line – to maintain a united front.
