Description:
In Frankie Howerd's third Up... film, set during World War I, he plays Lurk, an utterly cowardly man desperately trying to avoid military service. One night, a drunken hypnotist (Stanley Holloway) attempts to make him brave, but the spell fails to break. Now without his usual cowardice, Lurk finds himself in an army office before you can blink. He's off to war, encountering glamorous spies like Zsa Zsa Gabor. Soon, the spellbound recruit is racing back to England with the Germans' attack plan tattooed on his rear, with the Germans in hot pursuit! Full of humor, real-life references, and witty asides to the camera, this is a spirited and irrepressible final installment.
