Description:
"Turn Around" tells the story of Cheng-chung Wang, a dedicated Taiwanese teacher who has received numerous accolades for his work. Fresh out of National Kaohsiung Normal University, he's sent to a school in rural Zhongliao, Nantou County – an area with limited educational resources. As his assignment nears its end, the region is struck by the devastating 921 earthquake. Witnessing the students' distress and pleas for him to stay, Wang makes the decision to remain with the school and work towards improving their education.
