Description:
Catherine Leoni, a skilled illusionist, honed her abilities under her grandfather Henry Santorini, a once-renowned magician with a tarnished reputation. Seeking to understand the boundary between reality and illusion, she journeys to Death Valley with her gangster husband Robert to encounter Taylor Black, a enigmatic magician poised to repeat Santorini's downfall. Their group includes Wally, who insists he can detect ectoplasm, and Robert’s enforcer, Bongo. Under Black's influence, Catherine faces a critical decision: embrace her own power or yield to the allure of magic and the trance it offers. This film was recognized as the Best Fantasy Feature at the New York International Independent Film Festival but remains largely unknown.
