Description:
Anna, a photojournalist from Berlin, journeys to Serbia to document the lives of refugees. In Belgrade, she quickly discovers her plans are complicated. Meeting Maja, a wary but compelling young refugee working at a fast-food restaurant through a cabdriver named Dzeki, Anna finds Maja longing for a fresh start in another country and unhappy with her life in Serbia. Hoping to complete her project, Anna begins photographing Maja, secretly creating a documentary about her. Driven by a desire for change, Maja remains unaware of Anna's true motives.
