Description:
For years, Kate has lived under witness protection after testifying against her criminal husband, Ted Kinnock, who is now in prison. She lives with her adult son Channing in Cornwall, England. Channing's relationship with Rachel, the daughter of an aristocratic family, is immediately met with disapproval from his parents, who don't believe he's good enough for her. When Channing accidentally contacts Dave, an old acquaintance of his mother's, their past comes back to haunt them: Dave was Kate’s contact at the police station, and they had a secret romance. Now, Dave rushes to Cornwall to protect the woman he loves, because Ted Kinnock has been released from prison early and is seeking revenge.
