Description:
A team of hikers undertakes a challenging ascent of Mount Everest, starting at Base Camp and progressing through the dangerous Death Zone to the summit. This extreme climb is known to be profoundly transformative for those who survive. However, the film explores whether the physical strain of high-altitude climbing – including extreme cold, wind, sun, and lack of oxygen – can cause lasting damage to the human body and brain.
